Terms and Conditions
Launch Creative, LLC · Effective date: July 26, 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the Weekend Website course, the Brand Builder agent, and the optional Client License (together, the "Product"), sold by Launch Creative, LLC, a California limited liability company ("Launch Creative," "we," "us") at weekendwebsite.launchcreative.com and its checkout pages. By purchasing or using the Product, you agree to these Terms.
1. What you are buying
Weekend Website ($297, one time). A self-paced online course plus the Brand Builder, an AI agent file you load into Claude, that together walk you through building your own brand and website. Your purchase includes:
- Access to the Weekend Website course hosted on our course platform;
- The Brand Builder agent file and its updates as released;
- Lifetime access as defined in Section 4.
Client License (optional add-on, $197, one time). A commercial-use upgrade that permits you to use the Brand Builder and the course process to deliver brand and website work to your own paying clients, plus the client kit materials (interview guide, presentation template, and the client version of the process). Its scope is defined in Section 3.
The price is one time. There is no subscription, no trial that converts, and no card kept on file for future charges.
2. Your license (base purchase)
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for one person: you. You may:
- Take the course and use the Brand Builder for your own business or personal projects, on as many of your own projects as you like;
- Keep and use everything the Brand Builder produces for you (your brand voice, design system, copy, and website). Those outputs are yours, without restriction.
You may not:
- Share your course login or distribute the Brand Builder file or any course materials to anyone else;
- Resell, sublicense, white-label, or redistribute the course, the Brand Builder, or any of our materials;
- Use the course or the Brand Builder to create a competing course, template, agent, or product, or teach its process as your own;
- Use the Product for client work without the Client License.
3. Client License scope
If you purchase the Client License, one named practitioner (you) may use the Brand Builder and the course process to perform brand and website work for paying clients, on an unlimited number of client projects. The finished work you deliver to a client (their brand, their copy, their site) belongs to them and to you as agreed between you.
The plain test: if a client is paying you for a finished brand or website, that is inside the license. If anyone is paying you for access to the Brand Builder itself, or training on how to use it, that is outside the license. Specifically, the Client License does not permit reselling or redistributing the Brand Builder or course materials, white-labeling them, or teaching the system as a course, workshop, or template of your own.
We may revoke access without refund if these license terms are materially violated.
4. Lifetime access
"Lifetime access" means the lifetime of the Product: for as long as we offer Weekend Website, you will have access to it, including updates we release to the course and the Brand Builder, at no additional charge. If we ever discontinue or replace the Product, we will give you at least 30 days' notice and a reasonable opportunity to download the course materials and the current Brand Builder file. Access depends on the third-party platforms that host the course; if we change platforms, we will migrate your access.
5. What you need (third-party requirements)
The Product requires accounts and tools you obtain separately from third parties, at your own cost and under their terms:
- A paid Claude plan (Claude Pro or higher, currently about $20/month) is the working minimum. The Brand Builder runs inside Claude; free Claude accounts hit usage limits mid-build and do not include the recommended models.
- An AI website builder. The course demonstrates Lovable; other builders can work. Builders may have their own free tiers, credits, or fees.
- A computer and internet connection.
Launch Creative is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for Anthropic (Claude), Lovable, or any other third-party tool. Their pricing, terms, availability, and output are theirs, and they may change. If a third-party tool changes in a way that affects the course, we will update the course, but we do not guarantee any particular third-party tool will remain available or unchanged.
6. No refunds
All sales are final. There are no refunds. This is stated before purchase, on the checkout page, and here. We sell digital goods that are delivered in full immediately upon purchase, and we keep the price low and the terms plain instead of building refund costs into the price.
If something is broken (you cannot log in, content will not load, a file will not download), email hello@launchcreative.com and we will fix it. If we ever fail to deliver what Section 1 describes, contact us first and we will make it right; that is a delivery problem, not a refund-policy question.
Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback for a purchase you made and received, without first contacting us, is a violation of these Terms and may result in loss of access.
7. Results are yours to build
The Product teaches a process and provides tools. It does not guarantee any particular outcome, including that your site will be finished in one weekend, that you will get clients or revenue, or any other business result. Build times and results shown in our marketing are real, documented examples from specific people, including members of our own team (which we disclose), and they are not a promise of what you will experience. Your results depend on your effort, your business, and the third-party tools you use.
Nothing in the Product is legal, financial, or professional advice.
8. Intellectual property
The course content, the Brand Builder, our trademarks, and our site content are owned by Launch Creative, LLC and protected by copyright and other laws. Except for the licenses granted above, no rights are transferred to you. Outputs the Brand Builder generates for you or your clients are yours as described in Sections 2 and 3.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PRODUCT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY THIRD-PARTY TOOL WILL PERFORM AS DESCRIBED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LAUNCH CREATIVE'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE PRODUCT OR THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE PRODUCT, AND WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
10. Disputes, governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at hello@launchcreative.com and give us 30 days to resolve the issue informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court. Any claim must be brought within one year of when it arose.
11. General
We may update these Terms prospectively; the version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the checkout page terms, are the entire agreement between you and Launch Creative regarding the Product.
